By making travel bookings through our website, via our agents, or purchasing any of our travel services, you acknowledge and warrant that: 1) you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements; 2) you accept and agree to all the Terms outlined herein; and 3) all information provided by you for the booking is truthful, accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.

**Booking on Behalf of Others:**

If you book travel services for individuals other than yourself, you are designated as the primary contact for those travelers. You affirm that you are legally authorized to act on their behalf, have obtained necessary consents, and will inform them of these Terms, ensuring they accept and agree to them. Additionally, you are responsible for making all payments, notifying us of any changes or cancellations, and keeping all travelers informed regarding trip details.

**Confirmation:**

Upon receipt of your booking and deposit, we will confirm the availability of all components and send you a confirmation email within 1–2 business days. Should any selected option or component be unavailable, we will promptly notify you and offer alternatives or a refund of your deposit.

**Price Adjustments:**

From the time of booking confirmation until final payment, your package price may only change under the following circumstances:

1) at your request for changes or customisations
‍
2) due to new or increased government taxes or fees applicable to your package
‍
3) if vendor costs related to your package increase. In such cases, we will inform you of any adjustments to your package price.

Once your booking is fully paid, the package price will remain unchanged, except in cases where: 1) you request changes or customisations; or 2) new or increased government taxes or fees affect your package. Again, we will notify you of any adjustments to your package price under these circumstances.

**Special Meal Requests or Diets:**

You may specify special meal requests or dietary restrictions for each traveller during registration. We will relay these requests to airlines and destination partners. Please confirm meal requests with airlines at least 72 hours before departure. While we endeavour to accommodate all requests, certain restrictions may apply in some destinations.

**Prices:**

Advertised package prices are based on double occupancy rooms or cabins, and are calculated with the most economical travel dates, departure city, hotels, and available options unless stated otherwise. Optional excursions or additional items are not included unless specified.

Advertised package prices may include an "Instant Savings" discount. Periodically, we may offer price reductions, sale discounts, coupon discounts, or other promotional offers on specific packages, departures, or services. These discounts are typically valid for a limited time, apply only to new bookings, and may have specific terms or limitations. Please note that existing bookings with deposits received are not eligible for retroactive price reductions or discounts that were not valid at the time of booking.

Prices and availability are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Once confirmed, your package price is secure, except as outlined under Price Adjustments.
