Payment Terms:


Upon confirmation of any package request:

- 25% of the tour package cost is required immediately to book all respective services.

- 15 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the tour package cost is required.

- 7 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the tour package cost is required.

All payments must be communicated via email with attached transaction details.

Payment terms may vary at the time of booking based on hotel policies and high season demands. We do not offer credit facilities.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be submitted via email.

- No charge for cancellations to be checked with our Head Office..

- Cancellations made between 45 and 30 days prior to the arrival date will incur a charge of 25% of the tour fare.

- Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to the arrival date will incur a charge of 50% of the tour fare.

- Cancellations made between 15 and 10 days prior to the arrival date will incur a charge of 75% of the tour fare.

- Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the arrival date will incur a charge of 100% of the tour fare.

Once the package is booked and confirmed, the North Sikkim portion is non-cancelable and non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable):

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
